AMD A-Series APU based on Llano was overclocked and benched, setting a new record in three generations of 3D Mark covering DX9, 10 and 11.
The A8-3850, with four K10.5 based x86 cores, 4MB of L2 cache at a stock speed of 2.9GHz and a 6550D class of integrated DX11 graphics which has 400 stream processors, 8 ROPs at a speed of 600MHz, was overclocked to 3.77GHz and 870MHz for the IGP.
Tested on a GIGABYTE A75M-UD2H mATX motherboard, Windows 7 64bit and , the score to beat was P3988, which is the previous IGP world record set on the Z68 platform in 3D Mark Vantage.
