The world record holding series of CPUs coming from AMD, FX series based on ‘Bulldozer’ architecture, is revealed to be released on October 12th. Prices for the FX-8150 is set at $245, the FX-8120 at $205 and the FX-6100 at $175. Offering exceptionally competitive pricing (just over the price of an i5 2500K) AMD are looking to blindside the market. With 7 models to come it seems as though AMD will be holding up the value for money flag too.
