This morning we recieved some leaked photos of an ASUS motherboard that supports SATA 6G and USB 3. We speculate that this board is the upcoming 890GX chipset, featuring core unlocking software making the job of unlocking AMD CPU’s far easier – no need to use the BIOS.
Speaking to Iain Bristow of ASUS UK he commented:"Unfortunately I’m unable to confirm or deny the chipset or name of the motherboard, but I can say that we’re really excited about some of the features that the board will have. We’re the first to offer SATA6 and USB 3.0 support on an AMD platform, and the core-unlocking software works really well."
