Dual ESS DACs and TI Audio Architecture
FiiO uses two ESS ES9069Q DACs at the digital conversion stage, paired with an end-to-end Texas Instruments analogue architecture. The voltage gain stage employs two OPA1692 op-amps, while four OPA1622 op-amps operate in parallel for headphone output.
The combination is designed to provide low noise, low distortion and strong driving capability. In Desktop Mode, the 4.4mm balanced output reaches up to 800mW + 800mW at 32 ohms while the 3.5mm single-ended output delivers up to 295mW + 295mW under the same conditions.
Dual Type-C Ports and 45W PD Charging
The FiiO QX11 features two USB Type-C ports, including a dedicated power port supporting up to 45W USB Power Delivery charging. This allows compatible smartphones, portable players, tablets and other devices to be charged while the FiiO QX11 remains in use.
The actual charging power depends on the connected device, while the charging feature specifically supports USB PD. This makes the QX11 particularly suited to extended listening sessions where the connected source device may otherwise require additional power.
AUTO EQ and Custom Sound Tuning
FiiO’s AUTO EQ system is available through both the web platform and FiiO app. It can automatically apply an EQ profile matched to the connected headphones, providing a more tailored sound without requiring users to manually adjust frequency bands.
The FiiO app also provides Pop, Jazz and Classical presets alongside a fully adjustable 10-band EQ for creating a personalised sound signature. When PEQ is enabled, the QX11 supports sampling rates up to PCM 384kHz/24-bit.
